Rules of microscope room
1) Qualification
ü In order to use the microscope, you must complete the 'Usage Instructions' and 'How to use' each microscope.
ü 'Regular use training' is conducted once a semester. However, you can be educated even if you did not receive regular education.
ü Each microscope 'how to use' training will be conducted by each manager continuously.
2) Reservation
ü The microscope reservation time is Monday (Monday to Wednesday) and Thursday (Thursday to Saturday) from 11:00 am. (Excluding cell dynamics imaging laboratories; 9 o'clock reservation).
ü Reservations can be made and used at any time during the period when the reservation is empty (within the available time of the microscope).
ü Microscope available time is 9:00 on weekdays (no limit), Saturday 9:00 - 17:00, Sunday is not available.
3) Use
ü Before and after use, you should get confirmation from the manager of each microscope.
i. Maintain microscope status (lens oil cleaning, cleaning around)
ii. Check USB and before and after use
iii. Log book confirmation
ü If you do not receive confirmation from the manager, the user should contact manager and clean up (fluorescent light off, door lock).
4) Disadvantage of violation
ü Do not use for 2 months
i. Using a microscope without the above two trainings
ii. When user manipulates the microscope arbitrarily or causes a malfunction.
ü Do not use for 1 month
i. If you do not use it for one hour from the time you reserved (also cancel your reservation)
ii. If you do not make a reservation at the specified time
iii. If you have not received confirmation from the manager before or after use
